The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Highway 52 Underpass Water Main Relocation Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on May 27, 2022 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid, and Addendum No. 1, in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary: The project generally consists of the relocation and replacement of PVC water main.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Planning & Zoning Building located at 110 Sherman Street. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

The cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Brent Nation at (970) 370-6558 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
