The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed Proposals for the Design/Build of Entrance Signs until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on November 4, 2021 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Request for Proposals, and Addendum No. 1, in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary:
Services including the design, fabrication and installation of three (3) entrance signs to be placed at the Fort Morgan Industrial Park.

. The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, October 18, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Brent Nation to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Special Requirements:
Proposals must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted.
