Quail Dunes to Offer First Responders Free Day of Golf

The City of Fort Morgan and Quail Dunes Golf Course would like to treat local First Responders to a free round of golf with cart as a show of appreciation for their work.

Quail Dunes will hold tee times for our local first responders – police, fire, ambulance and health care personnel – as well as active and retired military personnel, on Saturday, July 11, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Strictly for Streets Road Improvements to Resume Soon

The second phase of the City of Fort Morgan’s 2020 Strictly for Streets road improvement program is scheduled to begin next Monday, July 6.

Library Hosts Free Legal Clinics Monthly

The Fort Morgan Public Library hosts free legal clinics each month for people who have no attorney or legal representation.

The clinics are held via computer link on the second Monday of every month at the library, excluding holidays. Appointments are available from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The next clinic is on July 13.

Fort Morgan Offers Energy Efficiency Programs

The City of Fort Morgan, in partnership with its wholesale electric supplier, the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN), continues to provide several programs to assist customers in lowering energy costs through energy efficiency improvements.

Rec Dept. Kicks Off Summer Sports Day Camps June 23

The Fort Morgan Recreation Department will be hosting 12 different summer day camps for kids 8 to 12 years old starting June 23.
