The City of Fort
Morgan is accepting bids for the 2008 Aggregate Material Crushing
Project to be performed at the City of Fort Morgan Recycle Materials
Staging Yard. Bids will be accepted from qualified contractors until
Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. MDT in person at the City
Complex located at 710 E. Railroad Ave. or by mail to: P.O. Box 100, Fort
Morgan, CO 80701. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked “Bid for
2008 Aggregate Material Crushing Project.”
The
Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans,
Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, and other
Contract Documents may be examined at the City Complex or by clicking on
the link below. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bids, security in
the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information

| BNSF Quiet Zone Study – Feasibility Study RFQ / RFP | |

The
City of Fort Morgan, CO is requesting Qualifications and Proposals from
experienced professionals to provide a feasibility study for the
establishment of Quiet Zones, not only in Fort Morgan, but also in Brush
and Sterling. Proposals and qualifications will be accepted for all Cities
until 5:00 p.m.
MDT on September 15, 2008
in person at Fort Morgan City Hall
located at 110 Main Street in Fort Morgan or by mail to the attention of
Keith A. Kuretich, Acting City Manager/Chief of Police, City of Fort
Morgan, P.O. Box 100, Fort Morgan,
CO
80701. Responses must be in a
